Dear Debs,

I am excited to extend this personal invitation to you to join us at the 2008 International Deb Co Convocation September 10-11, 2008 at the Hotel Whitcomb in San Francisco, CA. Deb Co is an international leadership network for women.  The Deb Co was officially established in 2005 although we have women leadership convocations since 2003 in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Miami, New York, Dallas, and now San Francisco.

Our mission's statement is: Empowering Women to release the Kingdom of God into every sector of society with a special emphasis on women, children, and the poor.  Our slogan is: We pray, we change nations, we buy shoes.  Although we take our mission to change nations quite seriously, we also like to have fun together.

In addition to our annual international convocation, we do philanthropic projects around the world where we help fund major projects for the needy.  There is a more serious side to our slogan "we buy shoes" in which our women have purchased hundreds of pairs of shoes for orphans.  In fact, one of the chapters has as a part of the admission's price a pair of shoes for the needy.

Since forming our international network in 2005, the vision of Deb Co has exploded around the world.  Women doctors, lawyers, movie producers, financial investment counselors, award winning musicians, as well as missionaries and preachers are part of the ever expanding network.  Together we realize through prayer and fasting, we can see societal change by bringing righteousness to our nations.

Among the projects our women have funded include: assisting the building of factories in Pakistan for Christian women who have been victims of rape by Muslim men, helping to build a medical clinic in the garbage city of Egypt, and giving away baby formula, bottles, and diapers to Hamas refugees in Jericho, Israel.  Other future projects include purchasing a Deborah House in Minnesota to house a pro-life clinic equipped with two sonogram machines.

Come and learn from leaders who are changing the world.  You will be trained on how to do projects to fight poverty, set the captives free, as well as receive a powerful impartation and refreshing of the Holy Spirit.  As a member of the Deb Co, you are encouraged to invite ten other women leaders from your sphere of influence.

We have chosen San Francisco for this next International Convocation to launch the network into an even greater sphere of influence.  San Francisco is a creative city full of innovators and has been a major key to opening nations for the gospel.  For those reasons, we are not only going to host the Debs there but The Great Company of Women, a gathering that will be open to any women that would like to come with a passion to receive impartation to heal the sick, raise the dead, as well as fight major strongholds of poverty, abortion, sex trafficking and other social injustices.  While focusing on the horrific problem of sex trafficking this first year, our theme is Operation: Great Company --"Together we can change the world."  So invite your friends to participate in one of the most serious, world-changing events and have fun with amazing women who love to pray, change nations and buy shoes!
