The Deborah Company is an apostolic network of women leaders, committed to empowering others to transform nations and release kingdom of God principles into the earth.


We are an international network whose members can be found in all sectors of society. Releasing “kingdom of God principles into the earth” is accomplished through prayer, compassion missions, transformational projects and mentoring.

What is the Deborah Company?

We are mothers and sisters, politicians and educators, missionaries and doctors, prophets and ministers, administrators and authors, artists, performers, and women from all walks of life who are passionate about mentoring the generations and leaving a legacy greater than our own lives.


Deborah Company members, “Debs,” are women of all ages. While each Deb has their own family, career, and ministry, we are committed to helping each other. The strength of the network is in the relationships we have with one another.

In our last international convocation in Dallas, TX, there were 13 countries represented.

Young Debs are our little sisters: young members of the Deborah Company between the ages 15 - 30.

Over 1,000 women are currently receiving information about the Deborah Company. There are only about 90 members of the Deborah Company.

What projects does the Deborah Company participate in?

Dallas 2007

Israel Compassion Mission: Funding and distributing backpacks to Israeli school children.

Jericho Refugee Camp: Funding the purchase of goods to distribute to refugees in Jericho, with a focus on necessities such as diapers and formula for children under two-years of age. 


New York 2006

Funded the purchase of sewing machines for five factories in Pakistan, where women who have been sexually abused are able to work and make a living. Distributed through the ministry of Iqbal Massey.

Sent a seed offering to Torino, Italy to birth Deborah Company Europe.

First fruit offering for the 2007 Israel Compassion Mission: Funding and distributing backpacks to Israeli school children.


Miami 2005

Funded the birth of the middle-eastern prayer network in Pakistan and other parts of the Middle East. Sent $5,000 through Iqbal Massey.

Funded the purchase of new books for Washington, DC schools through High Impact Leadership Coalition and Deb CO member, Michele Jackson. 


Utah 2004

Funded the completion a youth center in Ein Kawa, Iraq that particularly focuses on young women who are cast out by their families for a variety of reasons. The youth center is led by Sister Albertine. $2,500 was sent to the center through Heart of Mercy Int’l.

Sent $5,000 to the Spirit Channel in Lebanon for the distribution of boxes of food and supplies to Internally Displaced People in Lebanon, during the war in the summer of 2006. 

Sent $2,500 to complete work on on a medical clinic in one of the Garbage Cities of Cairo, Egypt. The clinic is now fully operational and serving the people of the community.
